Meet Oak Tree Early Learning Center's Owner and Administrator. Courtney has been in childcare for 20 years. She has worked with ages birth to 5 years. She has always dreamed of opening a childcare center and in July 2023 she made that dream come true. Courtney's goal is to provide a childcare facility for the community. Courtney is currently working towards to administration credential.
Trista Ecklund
Trista has been in the childcare and school districts for 20 years. She has worked with children birth to 21 years of age. Trista always hoped to be a program director and enjoys making connection with families, children, staff, and the community. Trista currently has her Associates of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education. She will soon earn her Bachelor of Science in Early Child Care & Education with emphasis on teaching from UW-Whitewater as well as her Autism Spectrum Disorder Certificate through Nicolet Area Technical College.

Ms. Leslie is our 4-year-old teacher. She is a level 11 on the Wisconsin State Registry and earned her Autism Spectrum Disorder Certificate at Nicolet Area Technical College. Ms. Leslie has over 10 years of experience in childcare and particularly enjoys do science project with children!

Ms. Jenelle is our 3-year-old teacher. She is a level 11 on the Wisconsin State Registry and earned her Autism Spectrum Disorder Certificate at Nicolet Area Technical College. Ms. Jenelle has almost 10 years of experience in childcare. She brings to her classroom adapted Montessori methods.

Ms. Katie is one of our one-year-old teachers. She is currently a level 3 on the Wisconsin State Registry. Ms. Katie has about 5 years of experience with infants and toddlers. Ms. Katie enjoys planning lots of gross motor activities into the classroom.

Ms. Mikaela is one of our -one-year-old teachers. She is a level four on the Wisconsin State Registry and has about three years of experience. She has worked as a preschool teacher, infant/toddler teacher, and center director.

Ms. Stacy is our baby room teacher. She is a level four on the Wisconsin state Registry and has over two decades on experience in childcare. Additionally, she also holds a CNA license. Ms. Stacy focuses on building individual connection with each baby as they learn to navigate and trust in the world!

Ms. Tiffani is one of our floating staff members. This means you can find her in all of our classrooms! She currently has an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and is working towards her bachelor's degree. Ms. Tiffani has about 4 years of experience and has worked primarily in HeadStart.

She currently is working on her Infant/Toddler requirements and already has her entry level courses. Ms. Katlynn has about 7 years of experience working in child care and coaching youth dance. She is an advocate for getting children outside as much as possible!

Ms. Kiley is a recent graduate of Lakeland Union Highschool. She took a dual credit course while in attendance that earned her an Assistant Teaching Certificate through Wisconsin Dept of Public Instruction. She is planning on attending college for Early Childhood Education!

Ms. Kylee is primarily in our kitchen, however, is versatile as she is also qualified to be in the classroom teaching. This means you many see her all over the place. She is a level 3 on the Wisconsin State Registry and has about 2 years of experience. She is always looking for new ideas for the menu, if you have any to share!
